Job Description

Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

📍 Woodstock and Morrow, GA | Hybrid – Full-Time or Part-Time, clinic based

New grads welcome · Relocation support available · Work-life harmony built in

At Hearts and Hands Therapy Services (HHTS) , we’re proud to offer a unique hybrid BCBA position that blends the best of both worlds: the clinical engagement of a pediatric clinic and the flexibility of remote work. Our Woodstock and Morrow clinics are both hiring for full and part time providers! Please let us know if you are interested in our North Atlant (Woodstock) or South Atlanta (Morrow) clinic. Hearts and Hands provides an interdisciplinary environment, fully equipped with state-of-the-art resources and a dedicated team — and we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Flexible hybrid model : Mix of in-clinic and telehealth work from home. Part time schedule options available for even more flexibility.
  • Caseload capped at 6–8 clients for quality care and sustainable schedules
  • Treatment-based biweekly incentive bonuses in addition to base pay
  • Supportive, multidisciplinary team : Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and RBTs. Our administrative team maintains client caseloads, and Floor Supervisors take the "first responder" work off of your plate, assist in creating materials, helping technicians implement plans, and monitor staff performance so that you can focus on BCBA work.
  • New graduate mentorship and professional development designed to help you and your clients succeed

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments using appropriate tools based on individual needs and payer guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients aged birth–21
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs; conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Monitor clinical progress, adjust programming as needed, and provide caregiver training
  • Review and ensure accuracy of documentation and data collection
  • Champion HHTS’s core values in every interaction: Be present · Endless positivity · Relentless wow · Lifelong learner · Collaboration · Better than yesterday · Servant-hearted · Infectious enthusiasm · Value everyone

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative setting
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — training and support provided!

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time):

💲 $80,000 – $95,000 base salary a year + biweekly treatment bonuses up to $10,000 additional per year for up to $105,000 between base and incentive pay

  • $10,000 sign on bonus available for full-time in-person BCBAs, in addition to base salary and incentive pay
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contribution
  • Short-term disability, accident, and critical illness options
  • Life insurance policy ($25,000)
  • Paid time off accrued every pay period + 9 paid holidays
  • Company-paid liability insurance
  • CEU support and professional development assistance
  • Leadership coaching in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
  • Opportunities for advancement

Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Preferred: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Part-time opportunities available
  • Flexible remote/in-clinic scheduling
  • Supportive relocation assistance for candidates considering a move

Join a team that leads with heart and works with purpose.

If you’re ready to make a real impact — whether you're a new grad or experienced clinician — we’d love to meet you.
