Role Description

We’re looking for an Apparel Production Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, obsesses over detail, and brings creative vision to life with precision and excellence.

• Lead communication between design, operations, and factories to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee all stages of sampling and production — from concept to delivery.
• Ensure all samples are developed, approved, and ready in time for Paris Fashion Week and global sales shows.
• Review and refine tech packs for accuracy, ensuring materials, measurements, and finishes meet our standards.
• Manage costing, timelines, and QC checkpoints to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintain detailed production calendars and logs to keep the team aligned.
• Identify process improvements to scale and streamline global production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion production, product development, or manufacturing a plus
• Expert in managing global vendor communication and concurrent projects.
• Meticulous, organized, and deeply quality-driven.
• Sharp analytical mindset.
• Proficient in production/project management tools (Excel, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar).
• Passionate about craftsmanship, storytelling, and detail at every level.
