Job Description

Our client, a global entertainment company is looking for a Creative Technologist/Art Director. This is a four month contract that is onsite in LA.

You'll be a pioneer in shaping how AI can amplify creative vision, not replace it. Your role will be to unlock new forms of storytelling, enable unprecedented creative scale, and inspire teams to think beyond traditional constraints.

Key job responsibilities:

Vision & Innovation

• Chart the future of creative technology, combining human ingenuity with AI capabilities
• Lead the exploration and implementation of emerging creative technologies that amplify our storytelling abilities
• Build proof-of-concepts that showcase the art of the possible, then turn them into a reality
• Champion a culture of creative experimentation and calculated risk-taking
• Partner with creative teams to identify opportunities where technology can unlock new creative expressions
• Guide the development of next-generation creative tools and workflows
• Foster an environment where creativity and technology seamlessly blend
• Mentor teams in adopting new creative technologies while maintaining artistic integrity

Technical Excellence

• Deep hands-on experience with creative tools and AI applications
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging creative technologies
• Develop frameworks that ensure ethical AI use while maximizing creative potential
• Build scalable solutions that enhance rather than restrict creative freedom
• An online portfolio of your work is required for review.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of leading innovative creative technology initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
• Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
• Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executive,
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Adobe, Figma, Cinema 4D and/or Gen AI tools
