Business litigation law firm seeking a first year to third-year civil litigation attorney with law office experience for the position that requires strong legal research skills and drafting of litigation-related documents, such as legal briefs, discovery, motions, trial documents and eDiscovery for state and federal court. Applicant should have good legal research and writing skills. Having Mandarin speaking skills is a plus factor but not necessary.
