Client Success Manager

Location: Hybrid – NYC, San Francisco, Chicago

Salary: $78,900/year (equivalent to $37.93/hr)

We’re hiring a Client Success Manager on behalf of our client, a market leader in the food delivery app industry. In this role, you’ll partner with a wide variety of clients to deliver a best-in-class onboarding and training experience. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize adoption, drive engagement, and realize measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
• Act as the voice of the customer , advocating for client needs across product, growth, and operations teams.
• Build strong client relationships and set customers up for long-term success.
• Drive customer enrollment, activation, and adoption to positively impact revenue.
• Support key accounts during a time of rapid growth and scaling initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in Client Success Management, Onboarding, or related roles.
• Experience in training and implementation; start-up background a plus.
• Strong project management and performance management skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments without rigid structure.
• A proactive problem solver with a bias for action and ability to identify gaps.
• Implementation experience is a plus (not required).
