About the Role: Seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager to assist in the delivery of primary health and patient care management in an outpatient setting. This position requires experience in assisting with training, clinical evaluation, and competency review of clinical employees. The Clinic Manager will oversee approximately 50-55 Medical Assistants, with 2 MA Team Leaders reporting directly to them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a tenured manager, experience training and educating clinical staff, and an active RN license. You will be responsible for the daily operational workflow, meeting with MAs, establishing and updating workflows, and updating policy and procedure manuals.

Location : On-site in Greenwood, IN

Shift : Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay : $70,000 - $100,000/year

Qualifications : Experience : Minimum three years of nursing experience. Minimum two years of experience training and educating clinical staff.

Education : Associates degree in nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in EMR systems.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations, staff management, policy and procedure development, and clinical training protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assists in the delivery of primary health and patient care management in an outpatient setting.
• Assists with training, clinical evaluation, and competency review of clinical employees.
• Maintain policy and procedure manual. Create and/or adjust policies related to the clinic.
• Review and monitor workflows in the clinic and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate staff levels for the clinic, including interviewing and selecting clinical staff.
• Responsible for organizing the Medical Assistant preceptor rotation and sign off process.
• Collaborate with the Medical Assistant Team Leader to train clinic staff and maintain training modules.
• Assist with the clinic schedule, review schedule, and approve before posting.
• Organize and conduct staff, preceptor, and monthly team meetings.
• Participates in the performance review process for clinic staff.
• Participates in regular meetings with EMR vendors.
• Perform staff education and competency assessments, including an annual check-off program.
• Addresses other administrative duties, to include patient complaints, employee counseling, and administering corrective actions.
• Occasionally assist with items related to patient care to maintain workflows in the clinic.
