POSITION: Clinical Nutrition Manager (Registered Dietitian)

LOCATION: Dover Delaware (Relocation Assistance Availiable)

SALARY: 95K with 5K signing bonus

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Clinical Nutrition Manager/ Director who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition, unprecedented Patient Experience. Must be Registered Dietitian with proven leadership skills. Located in growing area with close proximity to the Delaware beaches, outlet shopping, and state capital historical areas.

The Clinical Nutrition Manager oversees all aspects of clinical nutrition services within a healthcare facility. This role includes supervising clinical dietitians, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing nutritional protocols, and promoting patient-centered care. The manager collaborates with medical staff, monitors patient outcomes, and drives quality improvement initiatives.

This is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian who has a strong leadership background and experienced in the managerial oversite of the Clinical Nutrition Program. Experience managing a team in a large and fast-paced hospital setting required.

Our System Leader will have amazing communication skills, with a sincere and apparent Patient Experience mindset and have the ability to lead a team of Registered Dietitians ensuring the Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are present in all interactions. CNM must have a Strong background in patient education with knowledge of EMR systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the clinical nutrition team, providing guidance and professional development.
2. Assess and improve nutritional care protocols based on evidence-based practices.
3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
4. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and recruit staff as needed.
6. Prepare and manage department budgets.
7. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of clinical nutrition experience, with 2 years in leadership roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
