Pride Health is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator for a 13-week contract (with high possibility of extension) at a correctional facility in California City, CA . Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days| 5X8s
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Travel Pay: $3,075/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on identified needs and functional levels.
• Provide counseling, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management to support inmate mental health.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and interventions in the healthcare record in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to professional and ethical guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of psychological counseling theories and evidence-based practices in treatment delivery.

Experience:

• 2 years of Social Work experience

Certifications & Skills:

• Active LPC/ LCSW/LICSW/LMFT License
• BLS (AHA)
