Construction Estimator – Concrete

A long-standing construction firm with over 65 years of industry experience is urgently seeking a Concrete Estimator to join their growing team in Jacksonville. Specializing in concrete and masonry, this company has delivered more than 500 major commercial projects across Northeast Florida and continues to be a trusted subcontractor on large-scale builds.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Estimator with a background in concrete construction to work on substantial commercial projects ranging from $150K to $10M in value. You'll be part of a well-organized team that values precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of the trade.
As a Concrete Estimator, you'll be responsible for developing accurate project estimates, quotes, and material takeoffs based on client drawings and specifications. From invitation to bid through final submission, you'll help shape competitive, well-informed proposals working closely with project managers and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout.
Ideally, you’ll bring 2–3 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on concrete scopes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must, and familiarity with construction software such as Sage, PlanSwift, or Timberline will be highly beneficial.
This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow within a stable and respected company that’s deeply rooted in the Florida construction scene.
The role can be based in one of two office locations - Central Jacksonville and SE Jacksonville (32256).
