Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to oversee accounts receivable, manage collections processes, and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate will lead a team, mitigate credit risk, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit policies and collections processes
• Supervise collections team and monitor performance
• Analyze credit risk and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in credit and collections management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and credit risk analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years of progressive credit, collections, or AR management experience- preferably in construction, services, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast paced environment.
