Customer Service Representative

Ontario, CA | Full-Time | $21-$25/hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, processing orders, and supporting various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Process orders, returns, and exchanges using ERP or CRM systems

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Assist with marketing and promotional activities (as needed)

Support front desk operations and general office tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

5+ year of customer service or administrative experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
