Job Title: Digital Project Manager (Offshore Experience Required)

Location: Hybrid – Plainsboro, NJ

Contract Type: 12-Month W2 Contract (Potential for Extension), No C2C

Start Date: Mid-October 2025

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to support a high-volume, fast-paced digital production environment for a global client based in Plainsboro, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing offshore teams, particularly in India, and a strong background in omnichannel marketing, email builds, banner ads, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Prior experience in a healthcare and/or advertising agency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for the client’s digital production needs.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers and Omnichannel Leads to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Lead virtual and in-person meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Offshore Team Coordination

• Manage a dedicated offshore team in Bangalore, India .
• Translate project requirements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Resolve issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Onboard new team members and agency partners on offshore capabilities and workflows.

Project Execution

• Oversee the production of modular content, email marketing assets, and banner ads.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in multichannel execution and marketing automation.
• Utilize content management and digital asset management tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Utilize Project Management tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Project and/or Workfront.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital project management and client services.
• Proven experience managing offshore teams and working with global stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, email marketing, and digital asset production.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
