NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS:

$250 AFTER 90 DAYS

Additional $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS

AVAILABLE PROGRAM POSITIONS:

DAY SUPPORT:$14 - $15/Hour - 7am - 7pm / Mon-Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available RESIDENTIAL: $15 - $16/Hour - 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a shifts available, with 4 days on & 3 days off, part time hours available, alternating weekends. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: $14 - $15/Hour - 8am - 4pm / Mon - Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available Duties:

Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting and out in the Community.
Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you.
Our Community Engagement and Community Coaching program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills
People with Behavioral Health Tech, Behavioral Health Aid, PCA, and CNA experience are encouraged to apply.

* REQUIREMENTS:

* ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE

High school diploma, GED, or 2 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Special Ed, etc.
DMV record and Social Security Card
Must pass criminal background investigation
Must be fully Vaccinated
