Our non-profit client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical leadership support to a C-level executive! This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while managing diverse operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: In Office
• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support through calendar management, meeting preparation, and project coordination; supporting board operations including meeting logistics, correspondence, and documentation; coordinating events and volunteer initiatives including donation drives and community partnerships; managing provider credentialing processes and maintain healthcare documentation; overseeing office operations including supply management, staff events, and general administrative functions; and creating presentations and reports using software platforms.
• The ideal candidate posses exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines; confidence in executive-level interactions and proactive problem-solving; outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail; flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset; and strong computer proficiency.
