  • Proactive with ability to think ahead
  • Able to identify operational inefficiencies and streamline them
  • Comfortable attending a Miami office at least twice per week
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must have high standards and attention to detail
  • Must be able to operate autonomously, often remotely and with little direction
  • Must have fantastic written and oral communication skills
  • Must be excellent with technology
  • Familiarity or personal interest in the eCommerce industry is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inbox to ensure the founder stays on top of key matters and responds to the right people at the right time
  • Managing personal commitments of the founder (e.g. dinner bookings, personal appointments)
  • Plan and manage complex travel arrangements
  • Keeping up with and managing personal administrative correspondences (e.g. tax returns, expenses, official forms, medical and insurance documents)
  • Manage household tasks, including handling mail, drafting letters, filing, managing insurance, and liaising with the housekeeper
  • Run personal errands infrequently
  • Coordinate with Chief of Staff on travel, bookings, admin and organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
