Job Description

Position Summary:

The Field Engineering Specialist will apply advanced technical expertise and leverage operational experience to ensure the timely and effective installation of new plants, facility expansions, and other key projects. This role is integral in analyzing design proposals, optimizing processes from design through commissioning, and ensuring lessons learned are applied across projects to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and customers to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation phases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure safe and timely completion within budget.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply in-depth knowledge of water treatment systems, industrial installations, and safety standards.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Demonstrate strategic vision and foresight by anticipating trends and aligning projects with long-term objectives.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering professional growth and development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and influential leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations and installations within industrial settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.
