Job Description

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our footwear testing lab. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform standard materials and mechanical tests on footwear products using universal test machines.
• Review, analyze, and document test data to support product quality and development.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Support senior engineers on special testing projects and provide training to teammates when needed.
• Help identify and implement process or equipment improvements within the lab.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating universal test machines .
• Experience with product or materials testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with statistical data analysis .

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience testing footwear, apparel, or similar consumer products in a lab environment.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering with exposure to CAD or biomechanics.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
