Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team at United Mortgage Lending! This role is critical in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate is professional with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and a warm and positive attitude! We are looking for someone looking to build a long-term career with us, so longevity is critical for this role. Come join our team in our brand new state-of-the-art office located in Troy, MI!
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally, ensuring a friendly experience
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls & emails accurately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments/booking conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk, kitchen and office environment
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and general office equipment including salesforce (required)
- Receptionist experience (1 year required)
- A commitment to staying with the company long-term ( strongly preferred )
- High school diploma or equivalent required or higher ( preferred)
-Communicator software for switching (transferring) calls on VoIP and Unified Communications (UC) platforms (required)
