Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant I role is part of the Office Services Department and works closely with key stakeholders to represent the organization in a professional manner while performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Distribute incoming faxes as needed.
Organize and file materials in general filing areas.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages for shipment.
Monitor office supply inventory and ensure essential materials are restocked as needed.
Create spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents to support office operations.
Assist with the planning and coordination of office events.
Prepare and maintain office-related reports.
Participate in special projects, taking responsibility for their development, coordination, and promotion as assigned.
Perform other related administrative duties as needed.
