Overview: This position primarily supports paid social media activities across multiple global brands and reports to our Global Social Media Team with offices in Chicago, Toronto, Bogota, London and Pune. This position also leads global brand, content and PR media campaign strategies in social. A successful candidate will be collaborative and adaptable and must be able to problem-solve and efficiently communicate across our global marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities:
  • Builds, QAs and optimizes campaigns.
  • Generates performance reports with robust analytics.
  • Tests new ad types or LinkedIn features including, newsletters, product pages, and more.
  • Presents strategic consultation and insights for client reviews.
  • Other global social media initiatives as assigned.
  • Qualifications: Required:
    • Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
    • Ability to define and implement workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.
    Highly Preferred:
    • Expertise: 3+ years of LinkedIn platform paid experience required. 5+ years preferred. Experience with social media management and project management tools. Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams. University degree in Digital Marketing or a related field preferred.
    • Communications: Effective communication skills to develop relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
    • Copywriting: Is confident writing for social, understands social best practices and embraces AI.
    • Project Management: Ability to plan and organize work and self to achieve objectives and targets; accountable for delivering outcomes; strives to meet and exceed expectations.
    • Agile: Has a flexible approach to change; can work effectively in various situations; constantly seeks improvements and is forward-looking.
    • Languages: Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus (Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss, Turkish, etc.).
