The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual content that supports Bad Birdie’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling, strong technical design skills, and the ability to create compelling graphics that engage our target audience across various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, print, and advertising campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Art Director, the Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the Creative Producer, Photographer, Videographer, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all visual assets align with Bad Birdie’s brand identity, messaging, and aesthetic. This position demands creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously—delivering innovative, high-quality visuals while meeting deadlines.
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing brand engagement through design, ensuring all creative output supports the brand’s core pillars: Bold Creativity, Good Times, and Radical Inclusivity. This role requires expertise in graphic design software, typography, color theory, and layout design, as well as an understanding of platform-specific best practices to optimize performance across digital and print channels.
