Contract Duration: 12 months

Worksite Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist:

• Fulfill hardware incident requests by picking, configuring, and shipping equipment
• Track, reconcile, and maintain detailed inventory records with precision
• Apply firmware and configure hardware to ensure proper functionality before deployment
• Process warranty claims and manage asset lifecycles
• Communicate directly with end users to understand impacts, provide updates, and build strong business relationships
• Adapt daily priorities to meet evolving business needs, providing flexible and proactive support

What you’ll bring to the Hardware Fulfillment Specialist role:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate reporting and documentation
• Experience working with inventory systems and managing detailed data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight
• Interest in learning and supporting new and evolving technologies
• Ability to lift and move packages and pallets weighing 25 lbs or more
• (Nice to have) Technical degree, corporate environment experience, or familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint
