We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will have years of mortgage processing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. $42,800 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Serve as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval
• Put together loan packages and submit to lender underwriting for approval or denial

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of loan processing experience required
• Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan types, such as FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans required
• We prefer an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement

Able to work efficiently and independently with Calyx, Floify, Microsoft Word and Excel software

Must possess a strong work ethic, and positive attitude emphasising client satisfaction and be willing to work well with and share knowledge with other staff when needed.
