From assisting guests to keeping meeting spaces running smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in making every day at the office exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and meeting organizers with warmth and professionalism
• Keep conference rooms, common areas, and workspaces looking their best
• Conduct floor tours and help visitors reserve workspaces
• Coordinate AV, catering, and setup for meetings and events
• Report maintenance issues and reset rooms after use
• Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced, professional setting

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining, hotel, or customer service
• A professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed
• A passion for creating a five-star workplace experience
