Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing client in Northern Colorado.

Term: 1+ year contract with a strong potential for extensions/conversion in the future

Location: Northern Colorado

Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week

Pay range: $30-40/hr

This role will join a high-impact hyper-care support desk, where you'll gain hands-on experience with SAP technology, collaborate across departments, and contribute to data standardization and cleanup initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to grow your technical and customer service skills in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key contact for SAP S4HANA hyper-care support, resolving incoming tickets from internal users across North America
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP S4HANA
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues related to data consolidation, reporting discrepancies, and system integration
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Assist with data cleanup, standardization, and reporting improvements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and resolve SAP-data related issues in real time
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory or reporting metrics across multiple ERPs
  • Coordinate with materials and data cleansing teams to ensure accurate data migration
  • Provide clear and professional follow-up communication with internal users

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service skills and a confident phone presence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP (S4HANA preferred)
  • Technical proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a large team
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a transformative enterprise project
