Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Overview

Radial is a growing national network of innovative mental health clinics dedicated to redefining the way mental health care is delivered. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our New York team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to develop their skills while working alongside an innovative clinical team specializing in interventional psychiatry. You'll provide high-quality mental health services, including psychotherapy and counseling, to individuals and families while supporting patients receiving cutting-edge treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and other breakthrough therapies. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations under clinical supervision.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support patients undergoing TMS, Spravato, and other interventional treatments through psychotherapy.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and supervision as required.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, including suicide risk evaluations, and implement safety planning with supervisor support.
  • Advocate for patients to access needed community resources and support services.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards set forth by state licensure and organizational policies.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted LMSW license in both New York and South Carolina required.
  • Clinical experience in mental health, behavioral health, or related setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Experience with crisis intervention and risk management preferred.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Canvas, Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
