Maintenance Supervisor – Night Shift

📍 Owensboro, KY | 💲 $100,000 – $120,000 + 10% shift premium | Relocation Assistance Available

Join a global, family-owned company with over 400 years of history and some of the world’s most recognized brands. We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead and develop a skilled maintenance team at our modern bottling facility in Owensboro, KY.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise maintenance mechanics and electricians supporting high-speed packaging lines
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical guidance to technicians and operators
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance initiatives across all maintenance activities
• Partner with production teams to meet operational goals within safety, budget, and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze and resolve equipment-related quality issues to ensure compliance with packaging specifications

Schedule:

• Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM, 4 days on / 4 days off

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of relevant experience (manufacturing or maintenance leadership preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience
• Military Junior Officers (JMOs) and technical leaders strongly encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OSHA, HACCP, or USDA programs a plus
