Aesthetic Finishers Inc. is a family-owned sheet metal and powder coating job shop occupying 80,000 square feet in Piqua, Ohio. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, AFI produces products for esteemed clients such as Caterpillar, Harley Davidson, John Deere, Navistar, and Whirlpool. Our services include laser cutting, metal forming, spot welding, MIG welding, media blasting, powder coating, pad printing, and screen printing.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Manager located in Piqua, OH. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations including production planning, quality control, and ensuring efficient operations management. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely production, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.
