Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to support the manufacturing processes of medical devices. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of medical devices.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document equipment performance, production data, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate with team members, including quality control and engineering, to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements, including ISO standards and GMP guidelines.
• Assist in setting up and calibrating equipment before production runs.
• Report any deviations or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
