Our client is a fast-growing physician group that is seeking a proven Multi-Site Practice Manager! In this role, you have direct impact and influence, lead a lot of changes, and optimize their schedule, labor model, build relationships with the team and providers, and add new procedures and locations. This is a very rewarding opportunity for an entrepreneurial, self-starter leader to make their mark.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Strong multi-site clinic operations leadership experience in a private practice setting where processes need to be developed.
  • Experience working directly with physicians and APPs.
  • Knows how to build provider relationships.
  • Experience managing daily operations and P/L.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-moving, resource-light environments.
  • Is a self-starter, proactive, and a critical thinker.
  • Comfortable building playbooks, optimizing schedules, and leading transformation.
  • Change management agent/expertise for culture shift.
  • Strong project management and time management/prioritization skills - knows how to manage competing priorities, focus on what’s pressing, and knows how to push back.
  • Understands how to grow a market. Experience collaborating with a physician liaison to expand referral sources, recommending new procedures to be offered, and adding locations.
  • Hands on management style with strong people management skills – is confident overseeing ~20 reports, establishing expectations, and can hold the team accountable, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ability to create structure where little exists.
  • Knows how to build rapport and drive accountability.
