Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and submittal of various entitlement applications, permits and agreements to allow installation of facilities like poles, towers, fiber and other infrastructures.
• Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications. Monitor progress of municipal applications and facilitate jurisdictional request for additional information.
• Facilitate permit drawings and construction documents related to towers, utilities, and ground equipment and evaluate jurisdictional redlines for requirements versus preferences; negotiate with jurisdiction to remove preferences.
• Manage outside SAQ vendors, as needed and communicate activities with team members and other departments and obtain and communicate zoning and permitting conditions of approval to internal teams.

Top 3 Skills:

• Knowledge of Zoning and Permitting processes (Front side permitting beginning phases of permitting (submitting applications vs. closing a permit))
• Knowledge of 6409 and Eligible facility request (EFR) timelines
• Reviewing construction design and site plans for Telecommunication/Wireless Projects.
