Job Title: OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time

Location: Bellefontaine, OH

Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (3 Clinic Days + 1 Surgery/Clinic Day + 1 Admin Day)

Call: 1:4 Call Schedule (Must Be Within 30 Minutes of Hospital When On-Call)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare team in Bellefontaine, Ohio . The role offers a 4-day clinical work week , with a mix of clinic, surgical, and administrative time (including remote work options), and a manageable 1:4 call rotation . The practice averages approximately one delivery per day , allowing for focused, quality care in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Perform a variety of gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures
• Attend deliveries (~1 per day; ~360 per year)
• Participate in 1:4 shared call schedule (includes weekends)
• Use Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, nurses, and specialists
• Rotate between local clinic sites (minimal travel)
• Complete 1 administrative day per week (can be done remotely)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 1 year of residency graduation)
• Completion of an ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency – required
• Active or eligible for Ohio medical license – required
• DEA license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Ability to report to the hospital within 30 minutes during call – required
• Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred
• Open to visa candidates (J-1/H-1B)
