Job Description

Job Summary :

Edgewood is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for our Office Administrator/Scheduler position. This role involves scheduling site inspections and conference calls for multiple engineers, project setup and management, and various related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent reading comprehension, communication, and attention to detail in addition to the ability to handle multiple projects on a daily basis. A warm, outgoing personality is a must, as you'll interact with a diverse range of people through phone and email.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails.
  • Schedule inspections, conference calls, and meetings for multiple team members.
  • Ensure that all scheduling details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Assist with project setup, including organizing documentation.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles is necessary.
  • Litigation experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer usage is required; Mac OS experience a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Job-Type:

  • Full-time, in-person
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p
