About Us

We’re an established medical aesthetics practice entering an exciting phase of rebranding and expansion across multiple locations across the country . With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient care, we’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Practice Manager to help us scale the business, strengthen operations, and build revenue across the board.

This role offers the opportunity for a confident, experienced leader to partner closely with ownership, travel between locations as needed, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operations, team performance, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

As our Practice Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the practice—leading with accountability, building systems for growth, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and patient flow
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster accountability and collaboration
  • Ensure a five-star patient experience while optimizing efficiency and workflow
  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and supply cost optimization
  • Travel to different practice locations when needed to align operations and support growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or plastic surgery setting (highly preferred)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Strong business acumen: sales-minded, data-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
  • Confident leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with EMRs and aesthetic software (E-clinical, PatientNow, Zanoti, Symplast, Boulevard, etc.)
  • Passion for aesthetics and the drive to grow with a fast-evolving practice

Why Join Us?

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rebranded and expanding practice
  • Work directly with supportive ownership who value your expertise and vision
  • Long-term growth potential as we scale to multiple locations
  • Positive, collaborative team culture with room to make an impact
