Compensation :

  • Opportunity to earn up to $250,000+ annually, based on performance.
  • We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package. The total pay range provided reflects a variety of factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and training. This range also includes any applicable bonus structures for the role.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and physical exams to understand patient needs.

  • Diagnose and treat common conditions, injuries, and infections in a primary care setting.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including medications, lifestyle changes, and specialist referrals.

  • Educate patients on preventative care, disease management, and healthy living.

  • Perform minor procedures like suturing and removing skin lesions.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, comprehensive care.

  • Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.

  • Stay current with the latest developments in primary care through continuing education.

  • Follow ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with Washington State regulations.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  3. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
  4. Unrestricted DEA and NPI
  5. Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare
  6. Proficient in use of the EMR
  7. Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
  9. Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  10. Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
