Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop their team
  • Monitor production metrics and ensure targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are met.
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate production and personnel records.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (2/2/3).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field.

This role is for a day shift and carries a salary expectation between $70,000-$80,000 USD annually.
