Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project documentation, scheduling, and communication, and must be proficient in Procore project management software. This role is pivotal in supporting project managers and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Maintain and update project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project workflows, track progress, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support the preparation of project schedules and monitor timelines and deliverables.
  • Help manage budgets, track expenses, and assist with invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project coordination role within the construction industry.
  • Procore experience is required ; familiarity with other project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
