Position Overview The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of construction projects in the utility construction industry. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by working closely with field leadership and division management.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support the project manager in daily operations and decision-making
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
