Job Description

Our client is seeking a experienced Project Manager for an exciting long-term contract opportunity. This position is remote but it is preferred that candidates live in Dallas, TX. Candidates must have experience managing and driving project closeout processes.

Job Description:

• Manage and drive project close out process, providing critical support to all markets
• Work with internal functional teams to identify and create best practices for project close out
• Assess current processes and reporting, identify and champion process improvements needed to decrease cycle times from construction complete to project close out.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
• Develop and deliver recurring communication to senior leadership on project closeout progress.
• Escalate issues as required - Collaborate with functional teams to identify and recommend system enhancements
• Perform analysis of data to identify and report cycle times, performance against SLAs and identify trends
• Document and distribute process flows
• Communication with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors and executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools required. Including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication required

Pay Range: $40-45/HR depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
