Job Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensures timely and consistent communication to sponsors and stakeholders on project status, scope changes, and resource impacts for projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, research, clinical teams, privacy, legal and other partner functions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Utilize data management and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Document requirements, process flows, and create project status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage team budgets including creating invoices and tracking spend to date
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, business or equivalent field.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a healthcare or operations environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex project schedules and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and using metrics to track project progress and outcomes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including developing requirements, process flows, project plans, and reports.
• Experience managing multiple partner teams and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience delivering healthcare or research projects strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or equivalent certification from an accredited program is preferred.

Duration: 9 months (with extension possible)

Pay range: $65- $83/HR
