Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
• US citizenship or Green card required
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; procurement software experience a plus
• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end tracking of part numbers pending quotation for assigned programs
• Ensure timely part registration and quotation submissions in alignment with KPIs and program deadlines
• Collaborate with buyers to follow up on pending part numbers and mitigate delays
• Partner with program management and engineering to resolve part data issues
• Maintain accurate tracking tools and status reports for stakeholder visibility
• Coordinate with procurement to meet strategic sourcing timelines
• Identify process improvement opportunities for quoting and registration processes
• Support internal audits and ensure documentation compliance
