Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Guaranteed base of $50,000 – $55,000 (Depending on Experience) + monthly incentive/bonuses

Average Annual Earnings : $75,000 – $85,000

About the Role:

The Fort Myers office of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and compassionate Recruiter to join our high-energy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a lasting impact in people’s lives. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching qualified candidates with leading companies in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview job seekers for various openings
• Partner with client companies to understand their hiring needs
• Fill open job orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
• Track and manage applicant information using internal systems
