Regional Manager (MI)

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 YR | Location : Michigan, Multiple Locations

About the Role:

Hook & Reel is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of multiple restaurants. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and franchisees to drive results, maintain brand standards, and ensure excellent guest and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant performance to meet P&L budgets (sales, discounts, food, liquor, labor, and profit).
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
• Train and onboard new managers while supporting leadership development across locations.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to establish staffing goals and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Oversee social media marketing and promotions, addressing gaps and ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
• Provide HR support, including handling approved terminations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in full-service restaurants.
• Certified in Food Protection (NY/NJ or SERV Safe).
• Proficient in restaurant technology, including POS systems, scheduling platforms, and inventory management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with restaurant P&L statements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and travel extensively.
• Bilingual: Fluency in Mandarin and English required.

Preferred Skills:

• Background as a bartender or bar manager.
• Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Strong conflict resolution and attention to detail.
