Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects focused on MM/LE/WM modules.
· Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
· Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
· Ensure alignment of SAP logistics processes with business objectives.
· Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover planning.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
· Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards.
· Provide leadership in change management and user adoption strategies.
· Report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
· 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in MM, LE, and WM.
· Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA upgrade or implementation projects.
· Strong understanding of logistics processes: procurement, inventory, shipping, warehouse operations.
