Scheduler Overview

The Scheduler works closely with the Project Team to uphold Project Controls standards and ensure accurate management of quantities, costs, and schedules from estimating through completion. This hands-on role collaborates directly with estimating, design, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, scenarios, and updates.
• Gather and analyze historical and forecast data for planning accuracy.
• Understand project scopes, contracts, and owner expectations.
• Communicate with Owners and project teams to resolve schedule issues.
• Analyze delays and risks, providing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and documentation.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and project pursuits.
• Document schedule basis and conduct monthly audits.
• Train team members on scheduling tools and best practices.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 + years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MSP, etc.).
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.
• Data Center experience is a plus
