Job Description

Overview:

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join their Program Management Office (PMO), focusing on Enterprise Applications . This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee large, complex initiatives that shape how our enterprise systems evolve—whether through enhancements, upgrades, or brand-new solutions. You’ll partner with product owners, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure every project not only launches successfully but delivers measurable value.

Job Details:

  • Lead Enterprise Programs: Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise application initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
  • Manage Projects with Precision: From initiation to closure, develop plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure teams stay on course—while keeping budgets and timelines in check.
  • Guide ERP Implementations: Play a key role in major ERP rollouts, bringing deep experience in change management and full lifecycle delivery.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, document best practices, and champion process improvements.
  • Leverage Tools: Use Jira and other project management platforms to track tasks, manage backlogs, and support agile delivery.
  • Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations that highlight progress, risks, and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of program and project management experience with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Proven success in large-scale ERP implementations .
  • Expertise in budget and resource management , with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong leadership skills—able to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and other PM tools (Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes .
  • Change management knowledge, ideally with Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred).

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Duluth, GA office, required in-office presence three days a week.
