Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team at Orochon Ramen. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities  

• Greet guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Skills  

• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
