Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Site Merchandiser to work for our client in Seattle, WA!

Title: Site Merchandiser

Pay Rate: $38.00 - 41.00/hour

7 month Contract role (through 12/31/2025)

Location: HYBRID in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help drive engagement and conversion for One Medical memberships through compelling content and effective onsite merchandising.
• Create and publish best-in-class, customer-tailored web content using internal tools
• Analyze site content performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives
• Assist with marketing campaign content and reporting
• Contribute to social media efforts and support strategic merchandising campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, marketing, or web/mobile merchandising
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze results and continuously improve merchandising performance
• Familiarity with web-publishing tools
• Former merchandising experience preferred
