Role Description

We are seeking reliable freelance stagehands to support corporate audiovisual (AV) productions on an on-call basis. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced event environments and can work collaboratively with AV technicians, producers, and other crew members to ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, operation, and strike of audiovisual equipment for corporate meetings, conferences, and live events.
Load in and load out AV gear, staging, lighting, and scenic elements.
Cable management (running, taping, coiling, and troubleshooting as directed).
Move and position equipment, furniture, and scenic pieces according to floor plans or crew lead instructions.
Provide general stagehand support to AV technicians, camera operators, lighting designers, and event producers.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Remain flexible and responsive to last-minute changes during event execution.
Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Punctual, professional, and dependable.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
Familiarity with AV equipment (audio, video, lighting) is a plus, but not required.
