Job Description

We’re seeking a mission-aligned, strategic leader to serve as Vice President for Operations / Chief Financial Officer. This role reports directly to the president and is responsible for providing financial oversight, leading day-to-day operations, and safeguarding organizational assets. As a key member of our leadership team, the VP/CFO will guide systems and processes across finance, IT, administration, and compliance, while supporting our strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong financial management skills, operational insight, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all organizational operations, including IT, records, vendor management, and general administration
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting; manage the audit and compliance processes
• Supervise finance and operations staff
• Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Partner with program leaders and board committees to align resources with mission-driven initiatives
